Start your weekend with intention at Yoga at The Grainhouse—an outdoor all-levels movement-based yoga class led by local instructor Lindsay Hess. Set against the scenic backdrop of northern Colorado, this practice is designed to energize your body, calm your mind, and set the tone for your day.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just getting started, Lindsay’s thoughtful instruction and peaceful energy will meet you where you are. Stretch, strengthen, and flow in a welcoming environment surrounded by nature and community.
